Biology Reconstructed:
Testing Immuno-Oncology Agents In Tumor-Specific 3D Cell Culture
Here we show successful development of an automated workflow for high-throughput screening (HTS) of anti-cancer compounds in our Reconstructed Lung (r-Lung) 3D cell culture system using the Tecan FREEDOM EVO liquid handling platform

Reconstructed Bone (r-Bone™):
Patient-derived 3d Culture Platform for Long-term Culture of Primary Bone Marrow From Patients With Multiple Myeloma
Here we describe the Reconstructed Bone (r-Bone™) technology, a patient-derived 3D tissue culture model where the human bone marrow microenvironment is reconstructed in vitro. The r-Bone system mimics the cellular and extracellular environment of the bone marrow and, as such, is capable of supporting long-term survival and expansion of primary multiple myeloma cells and cells from other hematological malignancies.
